After The Inspection

Following the home inspection report provided by the home inspector, the buyer and their real estate agent prepare a Buyer Inspection Notice and Seller’s Response (BINSR) to communicate with the seller and their agent. The BINSR allows the buyer to outline items identified by the inspector that they would like the seller to address. This can include requesting repairs to be completed before closing or asking for a credit so the buyer can arrange for repairs independently.
